Jayden got some pretty cool new Jammie's from grandma so she was prancing around the house in them the other night. I don't know what it is with little kids and cell phones but they sure have a fascination with them!

I have come to the conclusion that when kids arrive the odds of keeping a house clean are not looking so good for me. It seems every day we have a new and exciting disaster, and that's exactly what it is. They are sure fun to watch though. Jayden is so sweet and she sure loves her little puppy! Maddy is one thing she never gets sick of, as a matter of fact that is usually one of the first things Jayden calls out for in the morning. We have such a sweet girl full of lots of love. Many nights I would give anything to be that little blanky she clings to while she sleeps!

I am so overjoyed for this new little life that is growing inside of me. I do feel sorry for my poor husband some days though. I forgot how easily my emotions can be triggered, Travis never knows what he's getting. One minute I am as happy as can be, and the next I am bawling because I have nothing to wear. Food never sounds good anymore, and sleep, after having one child already seems next to imposable. I am so grate full that I have such a gracious and loving husband, who can look at the silly things I get emotional over and still with compassion choose to support and love me.

I think that is similar to how God sees us. We all have those moments when at the time something seems to be such a big deal and we get so worked up over it, when after a week or even a day when we look back on it, it seems completely silly. But even though it is silly because it is a big deal to us. I think God makes it a big deal to him to.

The other day I was sitting outside with Jayden on our front porch and I had the fly swatter out there with me because we tend to have bees fly around sometimes. Anyway, Jayden was happy as could be until she saw the fly swatter. She looked at it and started pointed and saying meme which is her way of saying she wants something, I looked at it and then I looked at her and I told her no. She was so persistent and would not let up. All I could think of was the disgusting bug guts on the thing. And then I realized that this was something that seemed big to her and that I as a parent have the right to tell her no, but I am also going to have to learn to pick my battles. And though it seemed disgusting to me, it was not something that a little soap and water couldn't fix afterward. So I gave her the fly swatter. Her eyes lit up as though I had given her a giant ice cream cone, and she flung that thing around for a good 20 min.

God being our Father always has the right to tell us no, but I do believe that whenever possible he finds great joy in telling us yes and seeing the excitement that it brings in us!

Grandma had lots of beads for Jayden to play with at her house and she just loved it! YAAA! I get to be pregnant with my best friend again.... I swear we didn't even plan that one out!
Ryan dared Carli to go cheer with the cheerleaders since she used to be one, and of course she did because it's Carli. Oh how I miss all of her enthusiasm.

OUR EXCITING NEWS!!
Yes, it's true! Travis and I are expecting another addition to the family soon and we couldn't be more thrilled. ;)

Jayden is at such a fun age right now. She started walking and everyday she seems to walk more and more. Everyday it seems imposable to love her more then I already do, but somehow every night I just do. I am so grate full God has blessed us with this sweet little girl to love. Words can't even describe her wonder full charming innocents and curious sense for adventure!

Travis has been working so hard the last few months on the plans for the Faith Chapel addition and it is fun to see it finally going up. He is so good at what he does, with all the stress involved I think I might have comitted suicide years ago. haha

JAYDENS' FIRST FAIR!!

We had so much fun at the fair, we were celebrating Travis' Moms birthday so Jayden had all her cousins there too. She liked looking at all the animals and going on the rides, and she LOVED the carousel but wasn't to sure what to think of the balloon ride. I think it would have gone better if she wasn't sitting backwards, at least she didn't cry... just held on for dear life. ;) I must say having kids sure makes the fair a lot more exciting!

I am so excited to cook in our new kitchen!

Last night was such an amazing night for me. Our church has an EMT ministry, they bought an old ambulance and painted the outside of it and three times a week at night they drive around to different parts of town and hand out dinner, water, blankets, socks, toothpaste, all kinds of things like that to homeless people and people who aren't doing very well. It was such a eye opener for me! To see the way some people lived. Yes, there are those people who are rude, but for the most part they are just so grate full for everything, even just someone to talk to! When I drive by a homeless person I tend to try to turn my head and pretend I don't see them. I just judge them and think they did it to themselves, but the truth is that some of them have just been dealt crappy cards and that is just where they ended up. Some of their stories are just heartbreaking.

I met a 16 year old girl who was 6 months pregnant and hasn't been to a doctor yet. She is terrified to have this baby and I don't know her circumstances, but she had a black eye. She was so shy, I wish I could have just brought her home with me!

There was another guy who doesn't have to be on the streets but he chooses to be because that is where he feels the most loved, that's his family! They have such a bond, they look out for one another.

I also met another man who lives in the trees. It's pretty cool actually he made his own little house. He has a couple mattresses and all sorts of stuff. He touched my heart the most. He had another guy in there with him and they were both just so loving and genuine, he had a job waxing floors but didn't like sleeping at the mission because he got bed bugs, I had to chuckle a little on the inside because here he is sleeping out in a tree... no bugs there. :) Before we leave we always ask if there is anything we can pray about for them, so they told us what they were struggling with and we prayed for them and when we were done, he prayed for us. After that I lost it! To me there is nothing he could have done or said that would have been more meaning full! Most of the people are so focused on their needs that the last thing they think of is someone elses, but he gave us all he was able to give, and that for me way worth more then money could buy! I am definitely looking forward to doing it again!

Anna came to Billings for a few days and we had lots of fun. We had a fun girls night out while she was here to. Matching outfits how fun.

Here are some more pictures of our house for the many people who keep asking for them. It has sure been a lot of work but good. There is no way we could have done all this work without the help of friends and family. Travis parents especially for watching Jayden like everyday while we worked!!

Well you can hardly even see anything but this is from us painting. It was flying everywhere and fell straight into my eye several times, let me tell ya that felt great.
Travis did such a good job on the floor. He worked for 13 hours straight one day!

Here you go Mom, these are just for you! So now you can't say I haven't added any pictures of the house. :p We are going to start painting on Monday and then doing the floors. Our expected date to be finished is the 20th, then after they do the final inspection we close.

I know I have been bad about posting new things this last little bit, life just seems to have gotten so busy. We were able to take a fun trip home to Glendive over the 4th of July, and now that we are back reality has set in. We have started packing for our move coming up soon... I never realize how much junk we can collect until it comes time for us to move again. Our siding is now on and they are going to finish putting up all the walls in the next week or two and then we go in and paint and do the floors, after that trim work and then we move in. It hardly seems passable that it is here already! Most of you I'm sure have by now heard about Jayden and I just wanted to let you know she is doing much better, and yesterday she finally started eating again, thank you so much for your prayers!
